NO, we do not share your contact information with any outside parties.

How long does it take to get my order?

Most orders take at least 1 day to be processed at the pharmacy. After your order has been processed, arrival of your order will take 4-6 days. This means that the total amount of time for your order to be in your hands is 4-6 days. Total order processing times are often shorter, but cannot be guaranteed.

Do you notify me when I can reorder?

Yes, this is the only email you will receive from us besides order update information.

How do you ship orders ?

Nearly All packages are delivered by USPS. A minority of orders may be delivered through other smaller carriers.

How much are your shipping charges?

Shipping is free nationwide - all 50 states included.

Where do I call if I have a problem?

All customer support is provided via email only. All methods off contact are listed on our contact page.

What payment methods do you accept?

We accept Venmo, Zelle, and COD by Money Order.

Where do your products come from?

Allproducts come from within the United States from U.S> Licensed Pharmacies.

Do I need a prescription to order?

Yes. However, we have a staff of doctors who are ready to write prescriptions based on information that you give.

Can I place more than one order per household?

NO. Unfortunately, due to abuse by some individuals we are not allowed to ship more than one order per address/credit card number. If you are caught attempting to circumvent this control put in place, you will be blocked and unable to place any further orders with us.

What is the reorder time limit?

Reorder times vary depending on the ordered product and quantity. Please contact Customer Service to find out more.
